Your Appointment

Booking with us should feel simple and reassuring. Here is exactly what to expect.

Your details stay with us

Any information you share while booking — your name, number, or health details — is used only to confirm your appointment and help Dr. Tushar prepare for your visit. It stays within the clinic and is never shared without your permission.

After you book

Once your appointment is confirmed, we will send you a WhatsApp message with the date, time and — for in-clinic visits — the clinic address. If you have requested a video consultation, the call details will be included. If anything changes on our end, we will let you know immediately.

Your consultation is a conversation, not a commitment

Whether you visit in person or online, your first consultation is a chance for Dr. Tushar to listen to your concerns and give you an honest picture of your dental health. Nothing is decided without your full understanding and agreement. There is no pressure to proceed with any treatment.

Need to reschedule?

Just send us a WhatsApp message at least 4 hours before your appointment and we will sort it out — no questions asked.

WhatsApp Communications

When you use our WhatsApp booking links, you are redirected to WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta Platforms. Any messages sent via WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. We receive and store only the information you actively send to us.

Data Retention

We retain patient contact and health information for as long as is necessary to provide dental care and to comply with medical record retention requirements under Indian law. If you would like your contact information removed from our records, please get in touch directly and we will action your request promptly.

Your Rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA), you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to withdraw consent for any communication at any time.
