When a child’s baby tooth is severely infected, a pulp treatment (pulpotomy) can save the tooth until it is naturally ready to fall. We never extract unless absolutely necessary.

We greet your child by name, show them the clinic and introduce them to our team. No instruments come out until your child is comfortable and ready.
Dr. Tushar examines your child’s teeth, gums and jaw development. He explains everything he sees in child-friendly language, including to your child directly.
Dr. Tushar discusses findings with you: what is healthy, what to watch, and whether any treatment is needed. He gives honest advice — never recommending unnecessary procedures.
Age-appropriate brushing and flossing techniques are demonstrated for both parent and child. Diet advice to protect enamel is also provided.
We recommend check-ups every 6 months to monitor development and maintain dental health. Consistent, early care prevents the need for complex treatment later.

Dental anxiety in children is completely normal. We never rush or force any child. We start with a simple meet-and-greet, show your child our instruments, let them hold them, and build trust before any examination begins. Most children leave feeling positive about their visit.
Yes — baby teeth serve important functions until permanent teeth erupt. They hold space for adult teeth, aid speech development, and allow proper chewing. A decayed baby tooth can cause pain, infection and early loss which leads to crowding of adult teeth. Treating cavities in baby teeth is important.
Dr. Tushar recommends an orthodontic assessment at age 7 when the first adult molars have erupted. Early assessment doesn’t always mean early treatment — but it allows Dr. Tushar to identify developing problems and time treatment optimally to minimise the total duration and complexity.
